Ferenc Salamon will play for Otters in this year’s Summer League. Ferenc was born in 1988 and formed part of the Hungarian Junior National Team which won the Junior World Championship in Los Angeles in 2007. His first senior club was Honved with whom he won the Hungarian Cup in 2010. In 2012 he also played for Sliema in the Maltese Summer League. He moved to ZF Eger in 2012 and won the Hungarian League in 2013 and 2014. Also in 2013 and 2014 he was part of the Hungarian National Team which placed runners-up in the World League. In 2014 he signed for another Club from Budapest, OSC Ujbuda. In his first season with OSC, his new team placed second in the Hungarian Championship, and they placed third in 2016. OSC are currently on top of the Hungarian Championship together with Ferencvaros.
