Change the ASTM F3096 Standard to reflect the changes made to the proposed ASTM F2057 Standard.
Last committee meeting we discussed making minor changes to F3096 to match STURDY. Once STRUDY passed a new F3096 committee will be formed and meet to re-write F3096. A group of the committee members volunteered to help re-write F3096.
