Revision of F3096-14(2021) Standard Performance Specification for Tipover Restraint(s) Used with Clothing Storage Unit(s)
Rationale
Change the ASTM F3096 Standard to reflect the changes made to the proposed ASTM F2057 Standard.
Last committee meeting we discussed making minor changes to F3096 to match STURDY. Once STRUDY passed a new F3096 committee will be formed and meet to re-write F3096. A group of the committee members volunteered to help re-write F3096.

3 footnote change to:
The total weight of 60 lb. is above the 95th percentile weight of a child up to 72 months. Data based on the National Center for Health Statistics in collaboration with the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (2000).
